is what i’ve been eating on this rest day.
warmup, 4×7@135 incline press, 70 pullups
warmup, front squats 2×10 @ 95, back squats 10 @ 135 then 5×3 @ 225.
warmup, 40 deadlift @135, 40 Shoulder push-press @ 95
the complete cholo workout, lvac was packed at 5:30, not my normal time. i ended up doing, yikes, a reductionist era body part workout. cable curls/cable tri-extensions/donkey calf raises/etc. etc. oh the shame.
