warmup; was wearing the wrong shoes for the workout i had planned, was going to do a lap of the track doing lunges, carrying 2 35lb plates.  poor shoe choice (disneyland assault shoes) rendered this sketchy so i used the victim machines for some leg press, calf raise, arm hypertrophy.

Truth

like it or no, your body follows the 80/20 rule.  your physique is the result of…80% your diet and 20% your workouts.  so no matter what you’re doing in the gym it’s only 20% responsible for how you look.  careful you don’t ruin your hard workouts by having a slice of office birthday cake.
