workout: warmup, pullups, seated cable rows, 5×10 bentover barbell rows @ 135, 5×5 shoulder press @ 115, 3 x 5 hanging clean-n-press @ 115.
workout exploded: light dumbbell shoulder warmup, hip-hinges in the smith machine@ 95, sumo deadlift high-pulls 5 x 5 @ 95,115,115,135,135, 40 overhead walking lunges wi 45lb plate, calf hypertrophy.
workout: warmup, benchpress 10×10@135, seated cable flyes.
workout: barbell complex, barbell only, of 3 x 10(bent over rows, upright rows, shoulder press, front squats), weighted lunges 40 @ 45lb, overhead squats 3 x 7 @ 85, front squats 5 x 5 @ 135. really sore after sprinting yesterday.
or out the gym, as it were: sprints in the park with my new girl. then some weak-ass metabolic stuff (me…not her)..truly sad.

a split workout:
workout 1: ran 600m, 50 toes-2-bar, arm and shoulder hypertrophy.
workout 2: ran 2.25mi
workout: warmup, front squats @ 135, 6 sets of 10, then I floundered…off to calf hypertrophy.
