IF YOU AREN’T AN ATHLETE AND YOU DON’T COMPETE, THERE SIMPLY ISN’T ANY REASON FOR YOU TO BE INJURED – EVER. LET ME REITERATE THAT ONCE MORE JUST TO HIGHLIGHT HOW IMPORTANT IT IS: IF YOU ARE GETTING INJURED FROM WORKING OUT, YOU ARE WORKING OUT WRONG.

The Holy Trinity: (our philosophy)

Exercises; Workouts, Crossfit, Functional Fitness, Gym Jones, Olympic lifting all the way. A philosophy of 90% compound joint exercises, 50% entire body exercises. The Jeet Kune Do of training.

Food; A balanced approach to all of the dieting directions one can take. We avoid jumping on any bandwagon until studies and meta-studies have been performed. All viewpoints will be presented equally and discussed.

Recreation; How does one defy the aging of our earthly carcass through selective pastimes that stimulate and promote growth and usage?  Create goals!  Adventure races come in all guises.  Challenge yourself. Compete.  Get out there!
