Soooo. Last night I started what I hope will become a new (good) habit. I came home from work and did 50 burpees in sets of 10. Next week I’ll add 20 and then 20 ad nauseum until I eventually get up to 100 burpees a night for 6 days/week. Eventually doing them in 1 set. (nightly…not 600 at once).
