workout, warmup, ran a couple laps , 5 count’em 5 burpees, push/pull.
post wine-tasting trip workout, ran 1 mile in 6 legs (gym track) did pushups, burpees, etc in between laps, body masters squats, push/pull. getting back into it.
hill running…2x(5 reps then 5 burpees) 2 more hill runs then 1/2 mile jog. 30 pullups
warmup, 3 back exercises, 2 tricep exercises.
butt kickers, high knees, some 70% sprints and 5, count’em 5 burpees.
