workout: warmup, shoulder press, weighted lunges 60 @ 50lb, some pullups, calf work.
workout: warmup, floor sweepers, pushups, weighted unilateral OH lunges, pullups, jefferson deadlifts, hack squats, calf work.
Meant to do my first weighted deadlifts since the hernia surgery, but F%@K! am I weak. Oly bar only.
