I did some half-assed chin-ups and some 1/4 assed clean and presses.
workout: warmup, low weight – high volume clean and press.
workout: warmup, deadlfifts 2x 10 @ 135 of (sumo, regular, snatch grip), followed by 5 x 3 @ 135 clean and press. exhausted. my first real workout since the surgery, nay 2 months before the surgery.
workout: warmup, 5 x 5 (front squats @ 135, sumo deadlift high-pulls @ 95, clean and press @ 95). back’s a little tweakish.
