2 miles hike in the desert this afternoon with my gal and fiddy.
push/pull, curls, dips.
arms and shoulders, shoulder press, unilateral dumbell shoulder press, curls, pressdowns.
sore everywhere, so why not an arm hypertrophy day, 2 curl variations, 2 triceps variation and then dips. 90 minute massage in 1 hr
cable arm curls/pressdowns, shrugs. meh

workout: warmup, mired in the muck of 90’s bodybuilding protocols (more because we’re sore), Arm Day! Lots of curl variations, skull crushers, dips. No…we didn’t take the yolks out of our eggs and shoot a peptide cocktail into our butts!
