push/pull/legs, decline benchpress, supinated pulldowns, leg press and then front squats (ow!).
tough one…front squats, shoulder press, hanging clean and press. man am i outta shape.
back at ‘er after a short layoff, 100s again, cable rows, cable chest press, and front squats…didn’t do anywhere near 100 squats 🙂
