post wine-tasting trip workout, ran 1 mile in 6 legs (gym track) did pushups, burpees, etc in between laps, body masters squats, push/pull. getting back into it.
workout: warmup, 100s of ea( close grip pulldowns, seated cable press, pushups, wide grip pulldowns), bi/tri cable work.
