2 mile ruck/walk with 30lbs in the pack at midnight last. my schedule is upside down because of work right now. this might be the best i can do for a week or 2.
2mi ruck, 105 out. bleh.
arms. a completely jackass, I’m sore everywhere, 1990’s arm workout day.plus… a group class harassed me on the running track.
6 mile ruck in the desert carrying 20lbs in pack. 91 degrees out even at elevation.
6mi hike at Red Rock. a month until the GoRuck! 25 extra lbs in the pack.
not sure if I mentioned the 2 mile ruck with 40lb sandbag in my pack. happened the other day, felt pains in my back I’ve never heard before. training for a mud-run on oct 11, followed by a ruck on nov 8th.
today, shuttle runs in the park…3 sprints of various distances x 3
workout: warmup, back and triceps. figure it out.
